DELIVERY OPTIONS

- What are our delivery options?

At the moment we deliver our products in: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France & Luxumbourg. We will extend this in the near Future.

We will send our orders with DPDgroup. In most of the times the order will be delivered in 2-3 business days.


- Can i cancel my order?

If you have received your dispatch confirmation from us, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to return the items back to us. You can always try to contact us but we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.


RETURNS

- Can i return my items?

Yes u can return your items. make sure the items are in a saleable and unworn condition. Please contact us to let us know what you sending back and why. You can contact us by mail or visit the 'Contact-page'. You only can return items within 10 days from the moment we have send it to you.


- Where is my refund?

A refund can take up to 21 days. All refunds are issued in the same payment method as your original payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you when this has been processed.


PAYMENTS

- What are our payments options?

At the moment you can pay with IDEAL & Creditcard.


-What if my payment is declined?

If your payment method had been declined then you will need to place your order again, unfortunately we aren't able to reinstate the order. Before you do this, speak to your banking or payment provider to see why this has happened.
